No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. Full payment is required through our website at checkout.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

This is very rare, as all orders are carefully checked and inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We currently ship within the UAE and selected GCC countries:

  • Saudi Arabia
  • Kuwait
  • Bahrain
  • Qatar
  • Oman

How much is shipping?

  • UAE - 25 AED
  • Delivery within 2–3 business days

GCC Countries

  • 90 AED per kilogram
  • 30 AED for each additional kilogram
  • Delivery within 5–7 business days

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to no response from the customer and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
