📦 Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
