Élan is proudly based in the United Arab Emirates and currently ships across the UAE and selected GCC countries.
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
- Delivery time: 2–3 business days
- Shipping fee: 25 AED
🌍 GCC Countries
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping fee: 90 AED per kilogram
- 30 AED for each additional kilogram

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided contact details are correct and reachable.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no response from the customer or refusal to receive the order, and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs (both delivery and return charges).
