No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. Full payment is required at checkout.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

This is very rare, as every order is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

How much is shipping?

United Arab Emirates

  • FREE

  • Delivery within 2–3 business days

GCC Countries

  • 60 AED per kilogram

  • 40 AED for each additional kilogram

  • Delivery within 5–7 business days

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to no response from the customer and the shipment is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
